▒ 외국의 한 사이트에 소개된 대체의학 - '전립선 내부의 찌꺼기들의 배출'

전립선염 치료는 외국에서도 큰 골치거리인가봅니다. 외국의 자료를 찾다보니 대체의학으로 제시되고 있는 '전립선의 노폐물 배출'이 있더군요. 전립선염뿐만 아니라 전립선비대증, 전립선암에 대한 치료대안으로도 제시하고 있습니다. 최근 우리카페에서 논란이 되고 있는 고름배출문제와 관련이 있어 여기 올려봅니다.

전립선의 배농문제는 전립선염 치료와 관련하여 아주 중요한 문제입니다. 전립선염 치료의 핵심이라고 봐도 과언이 아닐 정도입니다.

국내 전립선염 치료 전문가들의 글에도 아주 자주 등장하죠. 한번 볼까요?

먼저 일중손기정원장의 글에 보이는 배농에 관한 언급입니다.

이 한약 내복 치료제는 항염 배농작용과 몸의 면역력을 높여주는 약재들로 구성되어 있다. 치료과정에서 일상생활에 불편함이나 부작용이 없고 무엇보다도 근본적인 치료가 가능하다는 장점이 있다.

비뇨기과 전문의중에서 전립선염치료의 선구자중 한 분이라 할 수 있는 선릉탑비뇨기과 박문수원장의 글에서도 마시지를 통한 주기적 배농의 중요성을 언급한 글을 본 기억이 나네요. 인용하려고 했지만 글은 못찾았습니다. 대신 대한전립선학회의 자료실 글의 일부를 옮김니다.

....전립선 맛사지는 오래 전부터 사용되어 온 방법으로 전립선 내의 농이 잘 나오도록 해주는 효과가 있으며 ....

나름대로 전립선염치료의 철학을 가지고 있고 치료성과를 보는 전문가들은 대부분 전립선의 농의 존재와 배농의 중요성을 이미 알고 있습니다.

그럼 전립선의 농양은 정말 존재하는가? 비뇨기과의사들은 외국논문과 교과서를 좋아하고 믿으시니까  이번에는 국내의학서에서 전립선의 농양에 대해 언급한 내용들을 볼까요?

대부분의 전립선농양이 급성전립선염의 합병증으로 발생하며 대장균이 주된 원인균이다. ...... 치료는 배농과 적절한 항균제투여이다. - 비뇨기과학(대한비뇨기과학회, 2001, p.158) 에서 언급한 전립선농양(Prostate abscess)

그러나 농양이 단지 급성전립선염에서만 나타나는 것은 아닙니다. 다른 교과서들을 볼까요? 여러군데서 찾을 수 있는데 전부 다 쓰면 몇페이지 됩니다. 간단히 이것만 쓰지요.

감염중심부에는 식균을 한 백혈구와 죽은 세균으로 축적된 액체가 형성되는데 이것을 농(pus)이라고 부른다. 농의 축적으로 괴사된 조직을 농창(abscess)이라 한다. - 병원미생물학, 윤효숙외 공저, 신광출판사, 2003년, p. 159.

이러한 기본적인 내용만 보더라도 전립선에 농창이 형성되리라는 것은 쉽게 예측할 수 있죠. 혐기성세균과 관련한 농창의 형성은 이미 앞서 제가 글을 올린 바 있죠. 초기에 신속하게 치료하지 못한다면 원인균들이 박멸된다하더라도 특수한 조직인 전립선에 농창이 남아있는한 증상은 완전히 사라지지 않습니다.

따라서 문제는 약물이 전립선에 들어가느냐마느냐가 아니라 과연 전립선의 농을 배출해내는 효과가 있는냐에 맞추어져야 합니다. 

그러니까 어떤 의사(한의사)는 복용하는 약제를 통해 배농작용을 만들고 어떤 의사(한의사)는 마사지나 기타 다른 방법으로 배농작용을 만들고 있는 것입니다.

아래 참고할 만한 글 원문을 옮겨왔습니다. 여러분중에 저정도로 많은 찌꺼기가 나올 분들도 있을거고 어떤 분은 그리 문제될 수준의 찌꺼기는 없는 분들도 있을겁니다.

이 글의 저자는 냉온탕좌욕법을 통해 배농을 남의 도움없이 하고 있다고 하는군요. 관심있는 분들은 참고해 보세요. 참고로 이것과 유사한 경험을 한 사람 저는 국내에서도 여럿 봤습니다. 저또한 직접 경험한 일이구요.

저자는 배출된 전립선파편들이 지방침전물, 전립선의 죽은 조직, 감염으로 인한 고름, 결석, 그리고/또는 다른 전립선에 속해있지 않은 다른 부위의 물질들이라고 하네요.

Prostate Debris

Prostate debris can be fatty deposits, dead tissue, pus (white blood cells that fight infection), stones (mostly calcium that the body uses to coat a foreign object) and/or other foreign material that does not belong in the prostate. An example of other foreign material is the "hairy' debris shown in photos you will see on this site.

I found that passing prostate debris was not painful. Most often, I was unaware of the passage until I looked at the water in the bath. On two occasions I did feel a slight twinge in my urethra (the big pipe in the penis) when I was passing stones.

Prostate debris, when passed, was very wet and mucus-like. It was collected and then dried and taped to the paper.

Prostate debris, such as that shown in the photo, can block the acini in a prostate. Bacteria lodged and hidden behind the debris can be the source of infection that is characteristic of prostatitis. The infection can flare up from time to time because the hidden bacteria is never completely wiped out , even after being treated with antibiotics.

Prostate debris can also cause swelling of the prostate, a condition known as Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, BPH or enlarged prostate.

Prostate debris can be removed by using Alternative Prostate Treatment to drain the prostate so that healing can begin and the prostate returned to normal function.

Prostate Debris Collection Sheets

These are the first of the prostate debris collection sheets that show the proof of my prostate drainage obtained by using Alternative Prostate Treatment. Each sheet holds approximately twenty days of prostate debris samples.

Click on the link to find out how this type of prostate debris can result in prostate cancer because the debris acts as an irritant to prostate tissue.

Sheet #1. This sheet shows the results from the first 22 days of prostate drainage. You can see that the debris was generally small and made up of individual pieces.

Sheet #2. This sheet shows the prostate drainage results from day 23 to day 42. The prostate drainage was relatively light until Jan.12. On that day there were some substantial lumps of prostate debris passed. From that point each bath would usually result in significant passage of debris.

Sheet #3 shows the prostate drainage results for day 43 to day 61. Jan. 30 resulted in the first appearance of hair-like debris. Most of the prostate debris on this sheet consisted of smaller particles. From Feb. 8 some baths produced debris that was in clumps and this pattern would continue for much of the duration of the prostate cleansing.

Sheet #4 shows the prostate drainage results for day 62 to day 79. At day 79 the passage of large prostate debris becomes more consistent.

More Prostate Debris Collection Sheets

Sheet #5 shows the prostate drainage results for day 80 to day 99. At this point each bath usually produced significant debris. On March 14, I decided to reduce the number of baths to 2 per day. This sheet covers a period of time when the drainage results were showing quite large volumes of debris.

Sheet #6 shows the prostate drainage results from day 100 to day 120. The prostate debris continued to be quite heavy.

Sheet #7 shows the prostate drainage results from day 121 to day 141. Most of the debris shown here was lighter in volume than previous debris. It appears to be heavy but was actually high in moisture content and easily smeared. An enlarged view of the prostate debris on Sheet #7.

Sheet #8 shows the prostate drainage results from day 142 to day 162. Very large clumps of debris have diminished and the debris is mostly individual particles.

Sheet #9 shows prostate drainage debris from day 163 to day 183. On June 1, the baths were reduced to one per day. The larger debris looks substantial but was actually high in moisture content.

Beginning with Sheet #10 the sheet has been redrawn to reflect the results of one Sitz bath per day. This sheet will be updated on a weekly basis. The current update is to July 29, 2003. It can be seen that, from the last three days of June To July 7, the prostate drainage debris has been relatively light. The debris is less dense than usual and also lighter in color.

The prostate discharge results shown for July 10, July 11 and July 13 indicate a fairly large amount of discharge but again not as dense as earlier discharges.

Sheet #10 will be updated July 23, at which time a new sheet (#11) will be started.

Prostate Debris Collection Sheet Update - August 31, 2003

The discharge of prostate debris continues up to August 31, however it is light in both density and volume., with the exception of August 4, August 14, August 15, August 23, and August 24, when the discharge was relatively heavy. I am doing one Sitz bath per day, for twenty minutes, and I am taking one tablet of prostate supplement three times a day.

The period from August 11 to August 16 shows considerable debris with a piece on August 16 that shows some red in it. The bottom image is an enlarged scan of that red prostate debris.

Debris from August 29, 30, 31 included a number of very small prostate stones, about 0.5 mm in diameter (about 1/2 the thickness of a dime).

Update - October 5, 2003

Early September shows an increase in prostate discharge compared to late August. September 7 and September 19 show a large amount of prostate discharge. The September 28 prostate debris included a prostate stone. The week ending on October 5 shows the amount of prostate debris is definitely decreasing.

As of October 9, 2003 I will not be showing prostate debris unless it is significantly different, in appearance and/or volume, than what I have come to accept as normal. I continue to take the prostate supplement and also continue to do the baths every 2 to 3 days.
